If you wish to register for online services please contact the Surgery and provide an email address. You will then be issued with a letter providing a unique passcode & instructions on how activate your online services account.
We aim to give an appointment with any GP within 2 working days of your request. Should you request a specific GP you may have to wait a little longer.
There is no limit to how many times you visit a Doctor, however there is a limit on how many concerns you can discuss during your visit.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE APPOINTMENT FOR A DOCTOR SHOULD ONLY BE FOR ONE CONCERN AND ONE PATIENT. This prevent the appointments from running late and allows you to be thoroughly assessed. Did you know we also offer telephone appointments?
If you have multiple issues, the Doctor may ask you to book another appointment.
Help us to help you. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. It is practice policy that patients may be removed from the doctor’s list if the patient fails to attend or cancel three booked appointments.
