A & E : ALWAYS contact the GP first before attending A&E.... unless you have chest pains or suspected broken bones. You may be seen quicker at the practice .... It could save you time !

We welcome any suggestions or comments about this website - our aim is to make it user-friendly.

Appointments

circled_dayAll surgeries and clinics are by appointment only. To book you can telephone anytime during our opening hours except on Tuesdays between 18:30 - 20:30.

You can also book Doctor appointments online. Please note that appointments for the Nurse cannot be booked online.

If you have already registered for this service and wish to book an appointment please click here

If you wish to register for online services please contact the Surgery and provide an email address. You will then be issued with a letter providing a unique passcode & instructions on how activate your online services account.

We aim to give an appointment with any GP within 2 working days of your request. Should you request a specific GP you may have to wait a little longer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE APPOINTMENT FOR A GP SHOULD ONLY BE FOR ONE PROBLEM AND ONE PATIENT. Discussing several issues with the GP takes time and causes appointments to run late. Please book another appointment if you have more than one issue to discuss. THANK-YOU

Emergencies

If you have an urgent problem please ring the Practice at 8.00am. You may either be able to speak to or see a GP/Nurse on the same day however please be prepared to sit & wait.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. It is practice policy that patients may be removed from the doctor’s list if the patient fails to attend or cancel three booked appointments.
